About The Kitch Bitch

The Kitch Bitch, aka Aura Winarick, has been a working chef for over twenty years during which she burnt, cut, and bruised herself in some of NYC's top kitchens—both in restaurants and in corporate dining.

Most recently, the Kitch Bitch has worked as a private chef for many Page Six, bold-faced names in the fabulous Hamptons.

A long time yogini with a dedicated, daily Ashtanga practice, Aura has reaped the benefits of an ayurvedic diet; and hopes to pass on her love of great food, conscious eating, good clean health—not to mention the notion that fasting can be fun.

Aura lives and works in Sag Harbor with her gorgeous daughter, Ruby.
